Core format
Twenty balls decide up to four 5×5 cards
Each paid card is populated with numbers from 1 to 60. After betting closes, Mr. Monopoly adds random daubs and eligible multipliers, then the machine draws 20 unique balls from the 60-ball pool. A matching ball automatically marks that number on every card where it appears.
The live display distinguishes useful matches from non-matches: red balls appear on at least one of the player’s cards, while grey balls appear on none. A card wins only when its marks complete a five-cell line; the colour does not predict any later ball.
First decision
Free Space and Chance trade hit rate for multiplier reach
A Free Space card begins with the centre cell already marked. That removes one required match from lines through the middle. A Chance card keeps all 25 positions numbered, but its centre position is guaranteed to carry a multiplier.
Both routes have the same published optimal RTP of 96.10%. Their shape is different: Free Space publishes a 2–39:1 per-line range, while Chance stretches to 2–199:1 per line. The larger top number is not evidence that a Chance card is more likely to win.
| Card | Centre | Practical effect | Published payout |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free Space | Centre cell is already daubed | Higher chance of completing a line | 2–39:1 per line |
| Chance | Centre cell is numbered and carries a multiplier | Higher payout ceiling, one more number to match | 2–199:1 per line |
Multiplier system
Standard, Line and Global multipliers resolve in different places
A multiplier matters only after its activation condition is satisfied. Standard values sit on numbered cells and contribute when that cell forms part of a completed line. A Line value belongs to one entire line. Global values activate when their own numbered ball is drawn and then multiply every winning line on that card.
Standard values on one completed line are added together before multiplication. A Line value can be combined with Standards on that line. An active Global multiplier is applied after the line total, and the rules allow up to two Global markers on a card.

| Type | Values | How it resolves |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10x or 20x | Adds to other Standard multipliers on the same completed line. |
| Line | 20x or 50x | Applies when its highlighted five-cell line is completed. |
| Global | 2x or 3x | Multiplies all winning lines after its numbered ball is drawn; up to two per card. |
Bonus qualification
3 ROLLS and 5 ROLLS use their own marked-number tests
The two bonus spots are resolved alongside the main bingo draw. 3 ROLLS qualifies when its three unique numbers are all marked; 5 ROLLS needs four unique marked numbers. Random daubs can help mark these positions, but multipliers cannot be assigned to the bonus-number spots.
If both routes qualify, the game plays two separate bonuses one after the other. A qualifying 3 ROLLS result starts with three dice rolls; 5 ROLLS starts with five. They are not an extra line on the paid card and do not share a single roll bank.
| Route | Qualification | Starting board sequence |
|---|---|---|
| 3 ROLLS | 3 unique marked numbers | Three initial dice rolls |
| 5 ROLLS | 4 unique marked numbers | Five initial dice rolls |
Board route
Dice turn the qualified bonus into a finite board journey
Before movement, selected properties can receive houses or hotels that raise their values. The Help panel gives a board-multiplier range from 1x to 500x. Two dice then move Mr. Monopoly by their total on each available roll.
Doubles normally add a roll. If the piece is sent to Jail, doubles are instead used to leave; after two unsuccessful attempts the piece is released automatically. Passing GO doubles the prizes that follow on the board.
- Chance and Community Chest may add a random prize or charge a fee.
- Income Tax reduces sufficient bonus winnings by 10%; Super Tax reduces them by 20%.
- Previous bonus winnings remain if the journey ends in Jail.
- At the end, board winnings are combined with any winning bingo cards.

Payout map
Line payout, multiplier order and the €500,000 cap are separate checks
A winning line without an assigned multiplier has a 3x base payout. Multiple unmultiplied lines are added: two such lines produce a 6x card result. When a Standard or Line multiplier applies, it replaces the 3x base for that line rather than being added on top of 3x.
The reviewed Help panel caps total game-round winnings at €500,000. The round can continue after the visible cap is reached, but settlement applies the limit at the end. A malfunction voids the round and the Help panel states that bets are returned.
| Bet spot | Payout |
|---|---|
| Free Space card | 2–39:1 per line |
| Chance card | 2–199:1 per line |
| 3 ROLLS | Board bonus |
| 5 ROLLS | Board bonus |
A payout range describes possible settled outcomes; it is not the probability or expected value of one card.
Return to player
Card RTP is 96.10%; the bonus routes are lower
Evolution’s Help panel identifies 96.10% as the optimal theoretical RTP for both Free Space and Chance cards. The separate 3 ROLLS route is listed at 95.80% and 5 ROLLS at 95.20%.
RTP is a long-run theoretical return under the stated rules. It does not predict how many lines the next card will complete, make a missing ball due or guarantee that a longer bonus route produces a better result.
| Route | RTP |
|---|---|
| Free Space card | 96.10% |
| Chance card | 96.10% |
| 3 ROLLS | 95.80% |
| 5 ROLLS | 95.20% |
Limits and controls
The reviewed EUR table displayed €0.10–€2,000
The supplied Help screen displayed an overall range of €0.10–€2,000. The active Bet Limits panel remains controlling because operator, currency, market, account and session can change the available minimum and maximum.
The reviewed chip row showed €0.10, €0.20, €0.50, €1, €2 and €5. Repeat restores the previous round including card types, Double increases all placed bets up to the relevant limit, and Undo removes the most recent placements.
- Check Total Bet after adding several cards or using Double.
- A card count of four multiplies the stake exposure even though the ball draw is shared.
- The timer closes betting; switching tabs or minimising with active bets can cause a round to be declined under the Help guidance.
- Set both a cash limit and an end time before opening the live table.
